Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tigerbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tigerbd platform available at tigerbd.club, including all games, betting markets, account services, promotions, and support facilities made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the tigerbd lobby, placing a bet, making a deposit, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the tigerbd platform and should close your account immediately by contacting tigerbd support.

These Terms should be read alongside the tigerbd Privacy Policy and the tigerbd Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are published in full on this website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, bonus offer description, or other communication published by tigerbd, these Terms shall take precedence.

Age Restriction and Eligibility

The tigerbd platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to permit a person under the age of 18 to gamble, and tigerbd enforces its minimum age requirement rigorously through both automated screening and manual Know Your Customer (KYC) verification processes.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active tigerbd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your account.
• You are a resident of or are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and gameplay.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously had a tigerbd account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of tigerbd.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion scheme that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.

Age Verification

tigerbd reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any player at any time. Accepted documents for age verification include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a valid Bangladeshi driving licence. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed within the timeframe specified by tigerbd, the account will be suspended and any balance held pending satisfactory verification or returned in accordance with applicable procedures.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered tigerbd account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all duplicate accounts.

Registration Information

At the point of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your national ID, your date of birth, your registered mobile number in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your registered details promptly if any of this information changes. tigerbd may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of your registered details.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tigerbd login credentials. Specifically, you must:

1. Choose a strong, unique password for your tigerbd account and not reuse a password that you use for any other service, including your bKash or Nagad account.
2. Never share your username, password, or one-time PIN (OTP) with any other person under any circumstances, including with individuals claiming to be tigerbd support agents.
3. Log out of your tigerbd account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
4. Notify tigerbd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
5. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if prompted to do so by the platform during high-value withdrawal requests.

tigerbd will never contact you to request your password, your bKash PIN, your Nagad PIN, or any OTP. Any communication you receive claiming to be from tigerbd and requesting such information is fraudulent. tigerbd accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tigerbd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tigerbd supports a range of payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Policy

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum single deposit, subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and any responsible gaming deposit limits you have set on your account.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your tigerbd account instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to credit depending on the processing times of the originating bank.
• tigerbd only accepts deposits from payment accounts and bank accounts that are registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts registered in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account reviewed.
• tigerbd reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion and to return deposited funds where it has reason to believe the deposit originates from suspicious, fraudulent, or money-laundering activity.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless tigerbd support has explicitly approved an alternative withdrawal route for verified account security reasons.
• Before processing any withdrawal, tigerbd may require the player to complete full KYC identity and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of this process.
• tigerbd aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• tigerbd reserves the right to impose additional checks, request supporting documentation, or delay processing of any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or an unresolved dispute on the account.

Section 5

Bonus and Promotion Policy

tigerbd offers a range of bonuses, free bet credits, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will apply only to the extent of the conflict; in all other respects these general Terms govern.

General Bonus Conditions

1. Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. tigerbd reserves the right to exclude any player from a bonus offer at its discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements. All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific offer terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the offer.
3. Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) and table games typically contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates for each game category are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
4. Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum single bet or stake permitted is ৳500 unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Bets placed above this limit during active bonus play may be voided at tigerbd's discretion.
5. Bonus Abuse. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk — will have their bonuses forfeited and their account reviewed for suspension.
6. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus wagering that exceed the wagering requirement threshold are eligible for withdrawal, subject to the standard withdrawal policy in Section 4.

tigerbd's seasonal promotions — including those timed around Pohela Boishakh, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Victory Day, and IPL and BPL cricket tournament periods — are subject to the same general bonus conditions above in addition to any specific terms published alongside each seasonal offer. Players are encouraged to read the specific terms of any promotion before opting in.

Section 6

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered tigerbd player, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tigerbd platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the tigerbd platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or money-laundering purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Opening, operating, or assisting another person to open or operate more than one tigerbd account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological aid to obtain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
• Exploiting any software error, system vulnerability, or technical fault in any game or platform feature, and failing to report it promptly to tigerbd support.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of coordinated wagering designed to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tigerbd support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the tigerbd platform software, server infrastructure, or data systems.
• Using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy service, or any other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions, identity checks, or platform security measures.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a genuine tigerbd deposit transaction with your payment provider without first seeking resolution through tigerbd support.

Where tigerbd determines, in its reasonable judgment, that any of the above prohibited conduct has occurred or is suspected of occurring, tigerbd reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void all affected bets and transactions, withhold pending withdrawals, and pursue recovery of any amounts obtained through prohibited conduct through appropriate legal means.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

tigerbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may result in account suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete age or identity verification within the timeframe requested by tigerbd.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Request by the account holder to self-exclude under the tigerbd Responsible Gaming policy.
• A request from a statutory authority, regulatory body, or law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the player's location.
• Extended inactivity, defined as a period of 12 consecutive months during which no deposits, withdrawals, or real-money bets have been made on the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their tigerbd account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting tigerbd support at [email protected]. Before closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds not converted to withdrawable cash) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Closure requests are processed within five business days of receipt.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is classified as inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money bet activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. tigerbd will notify the registered email address on file prior to applying inactivity status. An administrative maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive account balances in line with the schedule published in the specific inactive account policy document. Players can reactivate an inactive account by logging in and completing the standard re-verification process.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

The tigerbd platform and all games, betting markets, and services offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tigerbd makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free platform availability, tigerbd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, free from technical errors, or accessible at all times from all locations in Bangladesh.

Exclusions of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tigerbd excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to access the tigerbd platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from a temporary or permanent suspension of the platform for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons.
• Any loss arising from a failure of your internet connection, device, mobile network, or payment service (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) that prevents you from accessing the platform or completing a transaction.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials as required by Section 3 of these Terms.
• Any technical malfunction in a game supplied by a third-party provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe) where tigerbd has no control over the technical environment of that provider.
• Any change in the legal status of online gambling in Bangladesh or in your specific location that affects your ability to use the tigerbd platform.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the settlement of a bet, a deposit or withdrawal, or any other platform service, you must contact tigerbd support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. tigerbd will investigate and respond to all genuine disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute relates to a game outcome, the platform's recorded result will be treated as authoritative unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and good faith. tigerbd's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date of the claim.
